The Problem
A last-mile logistics operator dispatches a large daily fleet using phone calls and messaging apps, with no visibility into vehicle location, fuel consumption, or driver behaviour in real time.
Our Approach
We would build a platform with a live tracking dashboard (WebSockets + Mapbox), a route optimization engine using the OSRM routing library, and a mobile app for drivers, with telemetry processed through a streaming pipeline.
