Product Designer

About the Role

We want a designer who thinks in systems, not screens. You will be responsible for the quality of product experience across our client projects - from early discovery to production handoff - working closely with engineers who care about craft.

Responsibilities

• -Lead UX research, competitive analysis, and user interview synthesis for new projects
• -Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
• -Build and maintain design systems and component libraries
• -Produce developer-ready handoffs with accurate specs, tokens, and interaction notes
• -Run usability testing and translate findings into design iteration
• -Contribute to internal design standards and critique culture

Requirements

• -4+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B or SaaS products
• -Expert-level Figma skills - components, variables, auto-layout, prototyping
• -Strong information architecture and interaction design foundations
• -Ability to communicate design rationale clearly to engineers and clients
• -Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process, not just polish

Nice to Have

• ○Experience designing for data-heavy dashboards or enterprise workflows
• ○Familiarity with front-end implementation (HTML/CSS/Tailwind) for better handoffs
• ○Motion design skills (Framer, Principle)
• ○Experience contributing to or maintaining a production design system
